Earlier this year, Westminster residents were encouraged to sign a petition against Westminster City Council’s 100% arts cut. Westminster Council has rejected the petition and the £350,000 cut is definitely happening. The cut will affect Soho Theatre, English National Ballet, Paddington Arts, Dream Arts, Streetwise Opera and 10 other arts organisations in the area
